Satisfaction of completing a task, finishing email in the same day that they were received and having material leave the factory on time.

Mainly there is always a rush when an issue comes in and instead of thinking through what should be done, the managers tell people just do it now because it's urgent. Then they make you do more work that could have been avoided. The managers are reactionary. I feel undervalued and under-compensated.
