What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team is great. There are a lot of really great people who don't mind helping when I need it. I really feel like some of us have grown to be like this work family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A starting mechanic at a competitor makes more then a mechanic at six flags with five years experience. Pay your employees what they are worth. Skip corporate bonuses

I feel I get underpaid especially for the long hours that I work and I do not get benefits, I do not feel appropriated when I do I great job at work I'm not acknowledged for the good things I do

We all have smiles on our faces most of the time. When ever we have a chance we laugh together with customers or just amongst ourselves. We get to help or customers have a magical day!

I think that the leadership on the front lines (ie. supervisors) needs to be more positive. There are a lot of write-ups that happen and they are not always necessary.

When I interviewed it was one on one, not sure of the prosses now, but I have heard it is difficult if your not up on computer skills.
