Stop living in an ivory tower and realize the disconnect between that tower and the reality of under-resourced projects. We do things our customers don't ask for and ignore the things we should do. At least in my area of work - I certainly understand that other areas might be different.

Under a poor manager, a lot of distrust and conflicting instructions. 'Do as I say, not as i do type of leadership. Was told in review, this can not be achieved. My wage is not covering cost of living, and little hope of much increase.

If it reflected the reality of the housing market and cost of living. I feel like if a company was really investing in me, they would compensate enough to afford to buy a home in the area. As cost of living raises, its harder and harder to afford to work in the Denver area.

Introducing salary review process based on current job market Current 3% annual merit increase does not reflect the increasing cost of living due to inflation. Many workers switch to other jobs to get a big increase in wages. Budgets for new hiring does take account for the current living costs.

Trimble culture needs to flow through all of trimble locations, there are smaller trimble offices that have not see how wonderful it is to work at trimble.

Team's from all departments need to understand how their workload interacts with the next. Once this is achieved then a more cohesive office would be formed and this in turn would ensure that the office runs smoother and everyone would know what is required from all.

There are both positive and negative aspects about the company environment. People work very hard, sometimes in silos. I wish there was a way to interject more fun and collaboration. At times there is a feeling of isolation.

I enjoy doing non-repetitive work. I enjoy working on different topics. This broadens my skillset, and I find that opportunity in the Support Team. I also enjoy going on business trips, which allows me to meet other people, which changes the whole atmosphere and broadens my business understanding.

I know that if I am out of the office work that could have been achieved by others would be left for me and this then increases my workload. To ensure that this is not achieved, I have to complete work outside of office hours. If people thought about what was being asked then this could be avoided
