Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make 20k less than new hires in the same position. I have worked in this role for 3 years and with the company for 7.

Need more visibility into pay equality and how males seem to have higher titles and pay than women in the company.

Market standard for this position in SupplyChain is plus 10% -15% on comparable other job offers. This is balanced though thanks to a very good team spirit at Trimble, for the moment. Bring back some individual/team bonus system and/or consider market salary.

Leaders need to see people as people and not always as numbers. They also need to make it a point to get out from behind their desks and meet the teams in the warehouse, go to the birthday events (when we have them) and actually mingle. By not doing so, they send a derogatory message.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We don't have a proper operating model, making it difficult to have alignment on roles and responsibilities, in turn making it difficult for departments to define the competencies and capabilities they need staff to have to best serve customers' interests.

Someday's are too fast paced while others go to slow. The workflow isn't constant enough. We don't prepare enough on faster periodes during a slow periode.

Management is too focused on the 'flavor of the week' and creating reports for the sake of reporting vs getting actionable data

We, as floor leadership, are not empowered whatsoever to make decisions. Micromanagement is overpowering at times. Some of our first level leadership have 25+ years of experience, but can not make simple decisions that affect our teams.
