Practicing what they preach. Taking support roles and other specialized experts seriously. Ttec is the epitome of the crud rolling downhill. There has been such a focus on empowering the front line, that is has alienated middle management, added more work but stripped them of their voice.

As a team leader, we had a responsibilites list that never ended. Yet no performance reviews or yearly raises. Then, I was told I was laid off due to performance. Although, I provided proof the numbers used to measure were better than my coworkers.

I feel like after my promotion there was no verification to ensure my pay was adequate. I am currently at the same pay as agents are and i feel like there should be some sort of change made so General administrative employees are paid fairly. I was told the pay would change, it has not.

My team is great, but my peers are not. With training in a different hierarchy, there is almost zero accountability for the training manager's consistently poor performance. The other manager have little engagement in events, improving employee experience, and consistent communication.

Like to go, but EXcited is not the word, as it is very stressful. Work from home improved my life and I am more productive, as well as the agents are more productive. Less drama, less WHY cases. New 2020 table seating is horrible environment, loud, and they are literally on top of each other

The company was poorly prepared for a situation in which we would need to work from home. The larger teams added to WAH situations, on top of all the system issues makes everything 10 times harder, yet the expectations of daily, weekly, and monthly duties has not decreased. In fact, they increased.
