What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think the leadership team has great ideas. The transformation we are undergoing right now is very exciting. However, the execution could be done better with more feedback and involvement from the people who actual do the work that we are trying to change.

We all believe that we should be paid more but the total compensation package base salary, all employee incentive, and long-term incentive plans for eligible senior leaders when considered in total is very competitive based on what I hear from my peers outside of the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel extremely undervalued. I have always worked hard and received rave reviews - but there is never any money to compensate for the hard work. Its unmotivating to work so hard and never see the reward. There is a lack of transparency in pay scales which needs to change to level the playing field.

My job is not described/levelled accurately while defining market rate which caused me not receiving almost any merit increase for 5 years. Having my position described and addressed accordingly, and being compensated according to this correct description would make me feel better.

I work with all men in my department. I do the exact same work as them and get paid less. I have been there less years but I am more educated and often the go-to person for technical questions amongst our team. At the moment I have my sights on a different position in UL.

I would be way happier with 15 grants more each year. I work harder longer and work on more tasks than the nearly 80% of the others and there are still many who get way more money out of it

Better communication. We are all burnt out after 15+ months of working during a pandemic with very little acknowledgement of the current state of the world.
