Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took a pay cut when moved to the clinic from home care, clinics have different pay scale, much lower. After over 30 years with Finley should not have had to get a pay cut!

I felt undervalued because I went above and beyond and was punished while others played around and lied but were rewarded
