Upgrade Inc supports their employees. I am happy to work here especially during COVID-19. The culture is to take care of our customers and employees. Upgrade has sent a few gifts during COVID while we work remotely. It is a kind gesture during a difficult time.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get stock options and a 401k match.

Upgrade pays for 100% of the premiums for our benefits, which is a very nice touch.

100% paid medical and dental. Great plans that don't skimp on the important stuff. Continually adding new benefits as we grow. Would love to see a 401k match, then it would be perfect!

The interview process is very comfortable and conversational. I met with at least 6 members for my most recent role. The interviewees not only got to know me, but I had the opportunity to learn more about their roles and overall team dynamics.
