Review from Operations Dept
Great place to work always
Review from Operations Dept
Diverse, multicultural, professional, tries to keep communication open.
Review from Operations Dept
I am not very sure what I like the best about the leadership. I think they definitely have been improving though.
Review from Operations Dept
Management should improve transparency, accountability, and consistency in expectations. Strong performers are often rewarded with more work rather than recognition, while performance issues are addressed unevenly. Greater investment in staffing, employee retention, and patient safety would improve

Everything, from understanding production from our POV (it is trash that a bunch of suits decide our production when they can't even do what we do as it is), to giving us separate sick leave.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to get better at evaluating their personnel and realizing their worth.
Review from Operations Dept
Better communication with teams. Better understanding of the struggles we go through financially and personally because of the work environment.
Review from Operations Dept
Doesn't care about the little employees, only about the numbers.

Retirement...I really don't need the other benefits...I'm covered

I'm not sure what my compensation package has included in it.
Review from Operations Dept
Guaranteed pay every two weeks.
Review from Operations Dept
inexpensive compared to previous employers benefits
Review from Operations Dept
I feel undervalued because responsibilities and workload continue to increase without corresponding recognition, compensation, or support. Consistent effort often results in more work rather than acknowledgment, and performance differences are not addressed fairly, which reinforces imbalance.

Every week we are asked to do more work from departments we don't even work under, but we aren't given more pay. So it's just added stress and responsibility with nothing to show except a fake "you rock" email that corporate sends out. Phony af.

More of a raise than 3%
Review from Operations Dept
Equal pay for the amount of time we as employees put in and also better healthcare.....We have terrible coverage considering we work for one of the biggest health care providers.
Review from Operations Dept
We all deserve better pay. We also deserve better coverage for healthcare.
Review from Operations Dept
We all strive for the same goal.....to make sure the hospital is clean
Review from Operations Dept
Clocking out is the best part of the job in general
Review from Operations Dept
the team consists of Security and i don't interact with them regular
Review from Operations Dept
professional but laid back always
Review from Operations Dept
Again, they're multicultural / diverse, so they all have different things to bring to the group.
Review from Operations Dept
Collaboration would improve with clearer communication, more consistent accountability, and better distribution of workload. Stronger teamwork and willingness to support shared responsibilities would reduce bottlenecks, prevent burnout, and create a more balanced, effective, and patient-focused work

Review from Operations Dept
More communication and opportunities to interact professionally
Review from Operations Dept
lpeople could be held more accountable
Review from Operations Dept
The cultures are mixed....so communication is a problem although we do a lot of laughing throughout our day
Review from Operations Dept
The fact that we're all miserable, all in it together trying to stay afloat lol
Review from Operations Dept
The best in the country
Review from Operations Dept
There is comraderie but crassness. I feel comfortable most of the time. Management is tentative but I sometimes feel like I'm not heard
Review from Operations Dept
Many people want to make relationships "work".
Review from Operations Dept
A healthier culture would require stronger professionalism, including reducing gossip about coworkers and patients, and clearer expectations for respectful communication. Consistent accountability, fair workload distribution, and reliable leadership follow-through are also needed.

It is an emotional company to work with: Life and death situations daily. One small mistake can make life miserable fir months or years.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay us fairly and make sure we are alright as a company. Half of the workers struggle daily just to get to our jobs because we are so underpayed and understaffed.
