Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They recently did a great pay upgrade for the customer service agents. Managers, however, were left out. With increasing costs of living, it'd be nice to see manager base wages likewise improving.

Everyone in management doesn't focus on the negative, they focus on the positive. We always have room for improvement, but its all about what we did right not wrong.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It would be better to just be able to talk to current agents in my position to really have a feel for the job and the flow. Managers really do not know what it is like to be the ones who are called upon to do the job.
