Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Three senior managers at Wells Fargo have confirmed I was undepaid in the transition placement into jobs from Wachovia to Wells purchase, None of them ever got my compensation corrected (raised) in 10 years.

Comp is much lower than industry standards, especially in certain cities. Pay raises are limited to 2% annually, so the pay gap gets worse the longer you stay there. It's widely known internally that the only way to increase your salary is to leave the firm. Bonuses have been cut sharply recently.

Everyone is very kind and funny but also amazing at the job

Be more inclusive. You fail to recognize that if you don't include certain people in meetings and make professional connections then are critical because those people don't have institutional knowledge.

There are several different interviews and they are spread out and there are a ton of different people
