Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better treatment by management all levels

I was very undervalued as a 25 yr veteran. A week after my 25th work anniversary I was let go unfairly. Then yellow roadway merged and the roadway employees kept their jobs. Mr Hawkins was with another trucking company at that time. I know in my heart he would not have let that happen.

Make or pay comparable to the other companies are making 3 to 4 dollars more an hour than we are bring back safety bonuses

There are those dedicated workers that really care about being the best in the industry, as we were at one time with Roadway trucking, and they would love to see Yellow reach that status one day, but leader ship needs to allow more employee input!

this place is too confrontational, there is no team. for what they are being paid to do, they should be more accommodating.

Our terminal manager only picks and chooses who he wants to have company meetings with most of us do not even get a company meeting and when we do we are told you to be quiet and just listen

I am now a licensed agent at globe life liberty national. We all try to have a positive attitude. I have always remembered Darren telling me if someone asks you how your doing tell them wonderful because nobody wants to hear negativity I use that advice every day
