Willingness to help and support one another fiercely. I love the comradery and spirit about HubSpot and how proud people are to work here. My team cares about me as a person and I have never worked with a team so smart, caring, and supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the fast paced nature of our culture paired with the incredible programming our Employee Resource Groups provide to ensure HubSpot is a diverse and inclusive company. There are some many amazing things to get involved with outside of your role that help you learn and grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and willingness to admit when they don't have all the answers but are working hard to find solutions. They approach business in the most human way possible and that makes me feel like I am more than just a number but a valued part of our organization.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is easy to understand and measured based on performance. I know exactly where I stand with my manager and how I am tracking towards my goals and we can talk openly and honestly about compensation changes and how that correlates to my role and my growth at the company.
