The emphasis on personal AND company growth. Everyone skews toward positive and giving the benefit fo the doubt.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not comparable to what I would receive at other companies, but the culture offsets that for me.

We have fun together, we get along on a personal level, I can talk to them about anything, everyone is positive, smart, and encouraging
