The leadership team really is dedicated to making our company inclusive, diverse, and comfortable space for employees. Benefits, amenities, and resources are chosen based off of employee feedback. They truly have employee happiness in mind.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know I'm building transferrable skills daily. There is a plethora of information to be absorbed, and people to help you learn. I know there is opportunity here. Also, theres tons of food everywhere and free coffee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is intelligent and open minded. We all have our own points of view and respect each others thoughts and ideas. I've been on three different teams since being here and for the most part everyone is accepting, eager to teach and eager to learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The general vibe in HubSpot is exciting. People are happy to be here, collaborating constantly, and pushing towards success. When C-Suite holds doors for you, shares jokes on their way to meetings, and simultaneously asks how they and HubSpot can be better, you know you're in a good place.
