I find the culture to be fun, inclusive, and innovating. There are always attempts to make things better for employees.

We receive RSUs that we can actually exercise (I previously worked for a company with stock options and I lost them when I left).

We are a close group and they make me feel as though we can accomplish anything. The general happiness of all employees brings out the best in everyone.

They are constantly looking at our current practices and actively seeking examples of organizations who may have been in similar positions. This provides us a lens of what could go wrong. They use that information to make business decisions. So far, so good.

The positive is that there is a genuine effort to make everyone as happy as possible. I feel that most people that work here at happy and that permeates throughout. It implores folks to be kind to one another and fosters great working relationships.
