Stock options as our stock has been growing. The overall benefits package is great too and there's more things that are added every year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is accessible to everyone in the company no matter what their role is. Also, they are invested in our growth and help with actionable feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone in the leadership team cares about my happiness, productivity, and growth and there's resources to help out with all three of those. Also, as a woman engineer, I never feel excluded or different.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are nice, the problems I'm solving are challenging, I learn every day, and our environment is inviting. I go home feeling that I have accomplished something important every day and look forward to solve more problems the day after.
