The hotel I work at did not retain Aimbridge as a management company. I have not heard from my VP of Sales since December and found out we were sold by our New Management company...Still have not heard from my VP of Sales or VP of Opps I wanted to stay with Aimbridge but was not offered a position

Communication needs to be better. It should be easier to find out our benefits, how to change them, etc. As an OEM Sales Manager I think it's ridiculous that we are asked to clock out for lunches when we are already asked to work over 50 hours a week to just maintain our quoted salary.

I feel undervalued because for my position and many others in Aimbridge, full time is more than 40 hours a week. This does not create work / life balance. Aimbridge also does nothing for maternity and paternity leave. Also I have been with Aimbridge for 13 years and I have maxed out my vacation.

We work in the basement but our desks are really small. The building is old and we've had water damage in our office. The hotel does take care of us when the water is damaged but since we're in Sales I feel like we can just work from home and use our office space for operations. I WFH 2 days.
