They need to hold people accountable and the ones that need held accountable. There seams to be a buddy system where the buddies do no wrong when it is plain in sight and the people who try to do their best get overlooked or told they are doing wrong. I would be willing to talk to someone if wanted.

None. Didn't take any benefits from the organization. Requested for a higher pay or more vacation days in lieu of but there was not even a negotiation discussed. It was denied immediately.

I'm happy with all right now but I really like the motus with being head of labor that package is great from other places I have worked. I do not us much vacation time but that package is great also and good for when looking to hire a new supervisor.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel undervalued, but in my humble opinion everyone should be granted inclement weather days as oppose to using their vacation days. As far as compensation, we, all of us could use more money. Everything goes up around us except for pay, hard to make a living under those circumstances.

Mainly with pay, I've been working here for almost 9 years, and I still get paid around the poverty line. Better pay for unprecedented times is needed and necessary for all employees.

There is only a few that are not professional and rude. There is one that is a salesman that is rude and gets special treatment since he sells good and we need sales. I think that just gives someone to say I can get what I want when I want and is not fair to others.
