What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training of new and existing employees and following procedure.

Communication, effectiveness, not putting blame on one specific person and instead looking at the entire team, making sure everything is effective and done in a positive manner instead of consistently harrassing certain employees based on conflict of interest

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly blamed for things that happen while I am not on the clock or on property physically. No one else is blamed nor punished due to conflict of interest and them being minorities the company "has to have to be looked at fairly"

No communication, poor management. In order to succeed we must work as a TEAM effort, not one department better than the rest

Working as a team altogether instead of making one person do everything themselves then getting mad when information is provided because "they aren't the boss and they can't tell others what to do"

Conflict of interest needs to stop, management and employees should not be allowed to have romantic relationships with one another, equal opportunity without discrimination of any kind

I was already hired on, my small town family company was bought out by camping world and worse experience I've encountered

Not having to interview then being put off for months on end in order to get the job

Associates not knowing how to do their job. Training program needs much improvement.
