Pay your employees fairly when looking at the location. We don't make enough to support ourselves financially. How are we supposed to focus on work when we can hardly afford our bills and food?

Treating employees fairly and paying people a liveable, fair wage, especially employees that have been with the company for a few years. 3 dedicated years of work equate to a cheap bonus pin, and a wind up flashlight without batteries. Just insulting treatment.

Underpaid, no full benefits, no bonuses

I would like a fair and transparent explanation of our pay based on similar positions in the area and of other niches. I think if they looked at the data and went to explain it to us, they would pay us a more acceptable rate.

Evaluation of pay based on area, experience, and similar positions by a 3rd party outside analyst. Get paid fairly, pay less out of our rediculously low paychecks toward benefits. And, an investment plan we get paid enough to take part in.

Every estimate I have seen for similar jobs, requiring similar training and credentials gets paid roughly %66 more than I make. That is a huge disparity, and for this area, after 3 years of working for CSL I am 1 missed check away from homeless.

Our attitudes need work, but it's very difficult when financial pressure and inability to support ourselves with this one job. Security, financial or job, is nowhere to be found here, and it shows in attitudes, demeanor, and turn over rates.

We need to have financial and job security. A welcoming work place with constructive meetings about not just being better workers, but being better, healthier, more effective people. Treat your employees like you want them here as individuals, pay them better. We are more than just numbers.

Pay and attitudes are flailing. We need constructive criticism. Actual training and mentorship would be nice. But I think better pay and positive attitudes would go a long long way. If you read the company values, they sound great. But, they are nowhere to be found at the center level.

The pay needs to be seriously reworked and major raises need to be applied to our area. I can't afford to take care of my family and that is very depressing and discouraging. And, the company could care less while they post stories of people who use our products.
