I'm confused by these questions. Does leadership team refer to executive team or leadership within my department or my direct manager? Executive team positives is mostly about have good executive presence and being good personas in front of a crowd.

While I know the leadership team is actively working on this, the compensation could be still improved to be adequate to the offers in the market. Everybody that I know that have left Dynatrace, was just based on a better salary offered by the new employer.

Dynatrace do not have much awareness in our country, and we need to improve. So we need the top relationship as competitors are doing. However our RVP does not work in our country at all, though he appeals himself as hard worker to only internal global team.

There are a ton of variables within sales and SDRS. Amount of leads per region/territory, quality of accounts, number of new logo accounts (which is the primary charter). My comp plan would be more fair if the territories/accounts were looked at in a granular manner for propensity of QSO/opportunity

The mileage price is out of the market, terribly low. The cost of fuel is much higher than paid. There is no health insurance for the family. Car allowance is really low and out of the market. There are other offices in the country with much more benefits. Companies in the sector are paying more.

My increments have always been delayed and i find myself underpaid. My high performing long serving tenure with the company is never given enough credits as compared to the outside new hires. I believed in work hard to achieve what you deserve, unfortunately personal preferences take precedence.

Better cross-team alignment. Everyone seems to be at it individually (Silo effect). Same product with near Zero visibility cross-team wise. "I don't report to you or your boss so why would I keep you in the Loop?" Very common when questioned.
