What is the best part about your compensation package?
the benefits are the best in my opinion but not stock / RSU

The base pay is very good and the benefits are awesome.

Solid pay package and the benefits and perks are awesome. Open Time Off is great and working in the office that I do we have a cafe and gym that employees can use.

THEY ARE THE BEST TEAM

I like that there aren't too many meetings and if they aren't needed we don't have them. It's also a plus that my boss brakes fresh bread for our morning meeting.

My team works together to make things better. There isn't one person who is looking out for just themselves it is a group effort. We win and lose as a team and all of us know that.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are able to be ourselves. Flexibility to have passions outside of work and play is part of what we do.

What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was more than just a phone call and an in-person interview. I was able to do a presentation explaining my role and how I would fit into the team.
