What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not needing to worry about volume but instead units. In this market, it's tougher to close big loans. It's nice to know we can still make a lot based on units performance.

The cash is well below market and there limited foreseeable liquity in yhe now dimished stick value. We need improved cash compensation and a better eip program

Comp plan taken away TWICE in one calendar year

Remove the Overtime reduction. We are already having to work three times as hard in this market and we are punished for working more than 40 hours a week. Every other company I have worked at over the years gives either time and a half or OT kickers to increase comp. Some do both.

would be nice to have a bonus based on production or a cost of living raise built-in for positions that don't earn bonus or commission.

It's a small group. it's almost a bit exclusive to be in this position. And everyone has a great attitude. I don't hear anyone being negative. People are comfortable and happy.

What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i can come in and not worry about leads. The phones always ring no matter how high the interest rates are. Very efficient underwriting and processing with a lot of new opportunities to originate loans. It really is awesome.
