What does the leadership team need to get better at?
CEO cares very little to not at all about the humans behind the company. So the leadership team is scared to stand up to him and issues get pushed down.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I see teams doing less with more resources, I see team members with similar positions on less projects with less visibility, I don't hear about moves for more headcount without pushing for them, and I have seen my manager take credit for both my own work and that of other team members

The CSMs are highly undervalued especially the PAS CSMs

Compensation for your position/location is something that can easily be looked up nowadays. It does not promote retention when you pay your staff well below these ranges. They should not have to ask for a raise to be near this range, it should just happen - As that shows the company cares.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willing to get together to socialize. We eat lunch together on Wednesdays.

the autonomy and the trust my manager has in me

A balanced day- meetings on ongoing projects, time to execute on projects, 1:1s, tactical execution of low-level asks/email, carve out time to think about what we should be doing vs current path, and time to engage with coworkers both professionally and semi-personally (not family, still people!)

Securelink people have been left in the dark with the merge. Our opinions and ideas have been ignored and we are treated like we don't know anything and slotted at the bottom of our new departments. There isn't much autonomy from leadership
