Speak fluent English or have a real translator. Don't change goals without informing us. No more lying! We could also use better training. This is a very toxic place to work. I am seeing this place affect a lot of my co-workers. It's effecting everyone's physical and mental health.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Job descriptions' and duties are changed every few weeks and planning is so poor, some of the time the manager requires you to be in two states doing two different things at the same time. Only so many times can raises be 2% and cost of living goes up 8%.

I am working 3 different people's jobs currently. I only received a 5% raise, when I should have been promoted or given at least a $30k raise! I do not feel appreciated!!!!

Pay raises that reflect your worth and being moved into the higher bonus pool. Managing a program/process but constantly being told you are not a manager but you have more responsibilities than some managers. KPI's that don't reflect what you actually do.

I dont feel that i am paid based on my knowledge and task given. I am truly not compensated on performance which was reflected in the last review. My numbers given were not even based on my correct KPI numbers. I was just given a number based on what was distributed not truly performance.

Leadership team is pointing at a few certain people to fulfill their "needs". They expect those people to work overtime while let others work not even 8-5 and just go home stress-free. Don't want to compare with others but can't help when you clearly see whos plate is full and empty.

Do their jobs. We have had too many in the area that were sub par when hired and never achieved what should have been expected from them, plus with all the BS we deal with they quit within 1 year of employment. There are a good percentage that are decent, but there is little if any morale.

4 day work weeks for techs, Multiple studies have been done that show this makes happier techs, and more productive ones. Even with 2 days off, we are still working becuase we have to prescreen calls that drop over night.

LG culture needs to change when it comes to understanding and accepting the current American workforce dynamic and changes being accepted. There are many companies that have embraced work from home. However LG still has conflicting direction . Some employees get to all the time and others do not .
