The best thing is the attitude towards employees, the ability to find an approach to each employee, they are always open to suggestions and ready to help if it needed. It gives me, as a foreigner, the necessary support.

The leadership team at Marketstar is accessible. There is a chain of command as every business does but there are real people working upstairs who leave their ego's at the door.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is so much cheaper compared to other places I've worked - definitely love that I can have my kids covered for a fair price.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is too low compared to the same role 25 miles away in Salt Lake City. The cost of living is rising but the pay is not. Pay needs to be raised.

My team is super supportive. They give helpful tips on things that have worked for them, they are generous and have offered meals, rides, etc. to others on our team. Someone on my team told me the other week: "We are a team, for one person to succeed, we all need to succeed."
