Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

SDR pay is about 30% lower compared to similar roles for other companies. At the same time, OTE was changed several times throughout the year with no changes to the overall compensation package. I'd like to see the compensation adjusted to where it aligns with general cost of living expenses.

I'm overqualified for my position and regardless of my experience and continuous overachievement; I'm still an SDR. Compared to other companies our compensation is greatly underpaid. I'd like a higher base or at least being able to retain lvl 2 without it resetting once achieved.

Compared to the market, the salary here is a lot lower. It does make up with the commission but having a higher base would be nice.

We are not paid for the quality of work, only quantity. The different positions in my role are advantageous over others and people get paid more for less quality of work. I deserve more compensation, not only for my tenure and what i do for my team, but the quantity and quality of work I provide.

I was hired with very unclear expectations for a hybrid work model. I felt like I was told one thing to entice me to work here, then when I started, it changed drastically.

Some of the leadership team is out of touch with the reality of being an individual contributor. Quota increased without increase in products or features after a breach don't make sense. And male leadership can be very condescending to women and top performers have left as a result.
