New employee training needs work, keeping current employees. It is not the fry cooks job to ensure that you have enough people on the schedule each week.

Supervising employees, stopping harassment, and supporting team members.

Management needs to be more human. Forcing employees to work 12 hour shifts for less than 50 dollars is unacceptable. When 20 employees have the same complaint, pay attention. Do not discredit them by saying things like "it's all in your heads."

get better at communicating with eployees and treating staff better. The staff deserve respect and the managers show no respect

With covid everyones job gets more difficult. The restraunt industry isnt the same as it was and the pay should compensate for the extra difficulties everyone has to deal with.

If I was paid better for the amount of BS i have to go through
Review from Operations Dept
Not feeling so frustrated that its impossible to do good work and have it be recognized in a timely fashion.

Outback does not pay a living wage to most of it's "tipped" employees. I define a living wage to be 500-600 a week. You are forced to stay at work for very long hours and are demonized if you call out. Awful work culture.

no matter how hard you work the owner NEVER says anthing nice all he does is complain

They organized and hard working
Review from Operations Dept
They need to understand we all work for the success of the business. When a directive is given it needs to be enforced by management instead of them hiding in the office.

Love working all of the felons
Review from Operations Dept
They are hostile snd the managers allow them to train new empolyees by cussing at them.

That you can be you.And accepted for you.And if you make a mistake your not punished. But learn how to be better and grow from your mistake.

People are constantly throwing dirty dish water at me (which is dangerous during Covid-19), talking about me, and creating a negative work environment for others as well.

Manager attitudes. I have no reason to be respectful if you aren't.
Review from Operations Dept
Managers need to care. They need to stop doing things like bragging about going to the beach on a holiday when everyone is working (and not being fairly compensated)
Review from Operations Dept
The corporate office structure is in dire need of restructuring. The field operations are stellar.

I was able to meet the whole management team through a couple interviews.

Anyone gets hired. The key is hiring good people. If I have to train someone that isn't going to work here in a week you have only made my job more difficult with the same compensation.

Review from Operations Dept
Performing my duties, interacting with nice people, and organizing and keeping things clean and safe for customers.
Review from Operations Dept
Hire good workers and keep them. Not doing so drives the rest of your good workers away. It is exponential.
Review from Operations Dept
Few people truly care about their job and what it entails. It is a culture of overwork and literal poverty where the management wants everyone to care and then pay employees less than minimum wage.
