Listening and caring for core team employees like Mr proctor and Mr Gamble intended. Actually caring, not saying you do then 3 months later minimize another employee benifit for cost savings or bringing more work on the already unstable over worked core team employee.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I started when the company contribution was >20%. Now, it's 6%. The best part of my package is that I will be able to retire at a decent age. Unfortunately, new people coming in will not.

I love their very generous healthcare insurance. The infertility program is truly generous and very reassuring. I also love their generous 401(K) program and the ample leave of absence packages that is not matched with anything in the market in my opinion.

10 years ago P&G had great pay and benefits for the job you did. Now the pay 10 years later is more threw yearly cost of living raises, your workload has more than doubled and benefits have dramatically decreased across the board, ex health insurance costs, health insurance coverage, stock earning %

Honestly, if they would increase the hourly rate by $2 and the shift differential another .50 cents that'd go a long way for most of us.

Raise the pay. They have continued to add more and more responsibilities and technology requirements to employees but kept the pay the same while management is paid handsomely for doing nothing. Since there is no company 401k match the company could add something to the stock plan

Bad Managers need to be held accountable for their lack of integrity and need to stop cherry picking Operator voices to portray they narrative they wish were true. The truth is always better. We can never improve if we don't confront the truth. Good Managers need to stand up for Operators.

The company has lost focus. It’s about profit and cases. Not quality of products sold and workers. It’s sll about those in the central building on the 6th and 7th floors getting yearly raises for work they don’t do and giving a box of left over junk to the rest for a job well done.
