S4 policy is a fantastic idea and all the feedbacks are valued. Our company policy is not just hiring and firing as like other competitors and so they value each employee and enhancing their learning and takeaway from this company which is very fair and rare to find such leadership team.

The leadership team seems to value work/life balance and has a good understanding of what employees need to be successful while working from home. I like that they have trust that all employees will do their jobs to the best of their ability without being micromanaged.

Company takes every initiative to make the employee happy and satisfied. Apart from compensation, they provide reimbusments, Welcome goodies and cakes, and a chair. They also arrange for trips to keep the employees stressfree.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If compensation matched the amount of work that I do and included things that are done outside of my scope of work that benefit the company.

I would feel more valued if I had a more defined role within the company and was able to work within areas that I am truly passionate about rather than areas that just need an extra person there to help.

Very little acknowledgement is given for the work that myself and others do. A little praise would go a long way.

Flexibility of timings and believing in us (employees) and considering our requests for basic needs such as cab facilities and food would make us feel better. And there is no comp off policy yet.

They are always willing to help, answer questions or give additional support when needed. They check in on each other and make sure that their teammates are in good head spaces and feeling valued.

They are extremely supportive. They show appreciation and respect for each other. They are always checking in and making sure that I don't have more on my plate than I can handle or asking if I need help. They are also really good at being sounding boards and helping each other through tough issues.
