Customer happiness is the reason people choose a brand regardless of price. The bad behaviour by an agent makes a bad image of the whole company.

In the past few months all of that has chamged for rhe worse. Appointmenys are 45-60 minutes late, asking the staff a simple question evokes a surly reaponse.

Party City: I am a very recent hire at store #1075, in Norman, Oklahoma. 1 week yesterday, to be exact. I enjoy working at Party City. The only issue I have is that I still have not received the email to set up my account for ADP to get on payroll and I'm not getting any help from my manager.
Oracle: no salary increment no matter how good you will preform. Even you got promotion, it is a "free upgrade" like their software
