After the interview, there was little communication or transparency, and four weeks is too long to not hear back after an interview.

Ross Stores: We all work as a team and have a diverse culture. Our environment at the company is always showing aloha no matter what department you shop in.
Republic Services: The Company has been very open with training, development and career development. I feel like I'm well compensated for the work that I do and I fee l like any help that I need, I can ask for.

T-Mobile: Discrimination supervisor I was under. We had a long term profession relationship that turned negative causing a continued leave of absence on my behalf. When i asked for help it was denied. I was told I was the down fall of my team due to my intermittent LOA. No communication
Tenaris: 10 hour days are the norm. Do not expect a promotion, raise, or even a proper "thank you" for any extra effort. Seniority matters more than competence/results/skills. Do more with less is the strategy. Work someone until they quit, replace them with someone you can pay less.
Target: I work in a licensed Starbucks. We're understaffed and I've had to take it upon myself to seek out resources to take over things like ordering and training when my bosses have been unable or unwilling to. That said, my coworkers are wonderful!

LG: LG's products are great, but if you ever have a problem, their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. If they are interested in improving their customer service, get rid of the person running the department and hire someone with some sensitivity toward the customer.

Wellstar Health System: Scheduling-the system is out of date. It takes way to long for admins to find an open appointment. When calling the system it takes a Ridiculous amount of time to get to a real person. Every single time I call. Right now it's been 13 minutes. Infuriating!!!

Publix Super Markets: Instacart experience is terrible, website is slow, app doesn't show pricing, shopping lists on app/website do not transition to instacart, not getting relevant coupons, my favorite cookies (the sugar ones with sprinkles) are always out of stock, digital coupons are usually irrelevant to me
Softtek: The culture is great, the company cares about its workers, and their families. Pay is not bad, although other companies may offer a higher paycheck, usually it comes with the sacrifice of personal time, that is not the case here.
