RLDatix: I have had a great experience working with Galen/RLD. I feel like the culture is great and the work is meaningful.
RLDatix: Internal communication from upper management is very poor. Changes are implemented without providing information ahead of time. I don't think the executive level of RLDatix understands or cares about what we do, and company policies should be more flexible to make things easier for the team.
Vertafore: My onboarding in 2022 is best described as receiving training from a fire hose. There were several of us onboarding at the same time. Then we lost 5 team members plus 2 more who were promoted. As new PMs our workload doubled - with less than clear training. We have been struggling ever since.
RLDatix: Enthusiastic about our mission but have concerns regarding growth potential and the benefits package.
RLDatix: When I started having a buddy and a line manager who briefed me about my tasks, company culture and all the processes was great. Then I was assigned to team and started to communicate with a lots of supportive and awesome colleagues. All in all, I am glad to be part of this company.
Vertafore: Coming from another less encouraging and highly destructive field, it was a relief to be here. I still feel the same relief and joy now that I did when I started. The challenge is learning how to be challenged.
RLDatix: Highly skilled and enjoy working together.
Vertafore: The overall experience the first year was not great. Lots of unforeseen challenges came with being put on PIP and not notified when looking to pursue another job within Vertafore. I have been in accounting for 22 years and was trying to make a lateral move. Till finding out I could not.

RLDatix: Direct management does a great job trying to build a team environment. Conflicting messaging from Exec leadership and VPs on how we should be building our team culture further.
RLDatix: Since we were acquired, it has been an interesting process. we were promised bonus's (we never received) - it took over a year to receive a 3-4% raise.
RLDatix: I am proud to be part of this successful global company and looking forward to continue being part of its growth by adding my maximum value.
RLDatix: All in all, i love working for RLDatix. It is a place where everything is so dynamic, interesting, challenging, and where days pass by so fast but at the end of the day you feel satisfied and happy.
RLDatix: I've been in the company for a while now to see big difference with its growth. All is good, but I think you can put some more focus on employees growth and knowledge transfer, especially reestablishing knowledge transfer sessions from senior devs from the UK to other R&D offices

RLDatix: At my position there are too many meetings and tasks so I am constantly on pressure
RLDatix: Overall is great, improvements can be made by reducing the amount of meetings and improving meetings ethics. Constant popping of meetings into calendar and context-switching is very unproductive. Having to work with multiple geos, most of the days spend at work are more than 10hours.
Motive: Overall it's a good experience.
RLDatix: The grass in not always greener on the other side. The domain of the business is what gives me to be motivated each and single day.
RLDatix: Great experience in the past 2 + years, it's probably the best in my 15-year carrier. Great people, a lot of support, knowledge sharing.

There where situations when i had to step up in front of the challenges, which helps me to grow as a professional but also as a person. Since i haven't listed job ads for more than 3y, my overall experience in RLD is still good :)

RLDatix: Good company, with not have the highest salary on the market, with not that many opportunities for career growth Vertically because of unclear Department organization structure, I am not speaking for the whole organization cause I am not familiar with other departments. This is a personal grade
RLDatix: Its good, not the best, but its secure. You can grow if you are self motivated, your voice will be heard if you are loud enough. People are good to socialise with, and mostly good to work with. It takes some time to implement newer technologies and modern ways of working, but the wait is worth it.
RLDatix: We're always ready to help each other
RLDatix: the flexibility, the support, learning opportunities
RLDatix: The team and the people are perfect. Benefits are good and satisfying by always can be better. Salaries for the non RND teams can be improved and raised because of the inflation and to be more equal to the other IT companies.
RLDatix: Natural, we become a bootkamp company we don't hire new members like mid or senior and after 2 years they leave the company and we don't take care for the people that we have and IF we hire new people we hire them with 30% bigger salary from the salary of our loyal employees and here is the problem.
RLDatix: It's been a ride. It has had ups and downs but generally I've received the necessary support from my manager and team and have learned quite a bit on the job.
RLDatix: overall, this year was great with a lot of new things learned, a lot of challenges and successful months.

I have noticed that the quality of the cut directly relates to the speed its done. The fast cuts usually are much less quality vs. The ones who take a little longer.

HealthEquity: I made a $3325 HSA contribution 3 days ago and they won't release my money to pay the orthodontist because they say it's been flagged as fraudulent. But they won't let me talk to the fraud team to clear it up. They say it will take up to two weeks to do their "review" and release the funds.
Amegy Bank: All the there are very nice and always helpful. This has been my bank for 55 years (Citizens).

When I first became a customer, I could call and talk to someone that if they did have the answer they would transfer me to someone who could. And overdraft fees should go back to showing which transaction they covered and stop charging them a week later
Vrbo: VRBO suffered from all the mergers and confusion. Their support is worse than Century Link, for perspective.

Safeco Insurance: Roadside assistance is useless. Took four phone calls to reach a represetative. Hyperlinks don't open. Never heard back from unknown towing company , for 21 hours, so far. I could have died from the cold had I been stranded far from home.

Motive: Being a part of Motive makes me feel great, however, I don't see enough fair opportunities for growth since a group of folks working in the higher-ups have preferences & have shown biased hiring behavior over the past years, hence the majority of us know who will be promoted ahead of time.

Motive: Overall positive but all of the senior positions are based out of US or Canada. Any employee in PK doesn't get this opportunity. Also the overall compensation is very low specially how the taxation works in PK? Very limited medical benefits, no bonus or anything else.
