Mixpanel: We have a very strong base pay with a supportive equity and benefits package.

Mixpanel: Great company with a good product and nice people. The pace of work can be incredibly fast at points leading to it being difficult to find work/life balance, but that happens in periods and is not constant. When in those moments the work is rewarding so this does make up for it!

Mixpanel: Since joining the company, I have felt well-supported during all of the updates/changes going on within the company, particularly my department. Despite things moving at a fast pace, I feel that my manager provides the best support and I know they have my back AND the team's back.

ILC Dover: The job is easy, the way the Frederica facility is ran is horrible. When you have issues, and you follow the proper chains nothing gets done about it. Workers bully other workers, supervisors do nothing at all about. It used to be better sad to say it's falling apart

ZoomCare: Despite the hard work out in day in and day out, Zoom Care over works and underpays. Most people I work with are stressed and unhappy. Issues are not properly addressed by management or HR, systems are chaotic, constant tech issues. This is not a company that values employees despite the talk.

Karyopharm Therapeutics: A slow week of work is 50 hours. It can go to up to 75 during busy times. I often work holidays (Q1 & Q2) & weekends and only get to take about 15 PTO days a year (out of 25). It is difficult to find meaningful time to relax and recharge.

Leadership is Dishonest. The board either has no idea how bad it is or they don't care. Entire Sr. leadership team needs to go.
