MISUMI: Sometime I feel I get too many company goods like water bottles that I don't need. It's better if I have an option to donate money or get gift card instead of those goods. Also it would be better if the company can provide more flexible job skill training options.

MISUMI: It is a good place to work but too flat or not enough people to do all the work in 8 hr day
Chime: You need better customer support and u need to make sure your communication is accurate when sent out. Do not give a client a timeframe that not even you can keep.

MISUMI: I have never worked for a company that has listened to my quality of life needs and accommodated my needs. Management regularly checks in on us to ensure we are happy with our position, if we are looking for advancement or if we are needing a change. never had that before
MISUMI: It is very good, I have enjoyed being here. I wish there was more flexibility in regards to working from home. It has been shown that we can succeed while doing it, the commute adds stress, time, and cost to working and shifts the work/life balance more towards work.
LSO: My service center manager is NEVER at work, if he does show up it is at the EARLIEST 7:40 A.M most if the time he is there at noon, most of the drivers that work at my wearhouse have never seen him, he does not interact with any of them. I could honestly go on about how bad thjs job is.

Branch: Branch truly has the best culture that I have every experienced. From day 1, I knew that Branch cares about their employees. There is so much transparency from leadership. My team is fantastic, I always feel supported.

MISUMI: Love CEO vision. Want to be part of Misumi becoming great. It's not reflected in my dept. I want to continue to climb but my manager doesn't provide any feedback. I want to stay at Misumi but it's becoming more difficult to swallow the poor management. We could be great if we clean house.

MISUMI: It is a great company, and I am really happy to work here. Some process improvements need to be made. My position paying more at other companies and I have been approached. Concerns that retention efforts have been focused on increase offers after resignations are tendered.

MISUMI: I like what I do and I am good at it. However, the company doesn't value the employees. I think it is terrible that when someone leaves it is kept secret and we don't even have an opportunity to say goodbye.

I love helping others and Cleo not only gives me the opportunity to help others but I feel that I am always growing as well. I am reluctant to refer people to Cleo because the hiring process is not always clear.

MISUMI: I've been with MISUMI less than a year, but my initial impression is very positive - people are proud to work here, they are nice, and they genuinely want to help others succeed. Actually surprised at how often people offer to help me do my job because they know we are all very busy.

MISUMI: very good, I've always felt that i've been supported and onboarded. I feel that I'm allowed to get a feel for the systems and software we use while using the team as resources.

It's fast-paced and at the same time, people are patient, understanding, and helpful. They work hard at recruiting quality people with a commitment to hard work and have an ethical compass.
MISUMI: Rewarding and challenging with good leadership
MISUMI: I enjoy the nature of my work. The project that I am a part of is cutting edge. My boss is phenomenal and does not micromanage. I do not feel very involved but that is mainly due to COVID. Pay is decent but could be better. Coffee could be much better, that is the life blood of productive employees
MISUMI: I ma happy that my company provide us everything that I need for work.

3 Day Blinds: Worse experience ever! We have blinds that do not work and have spend months trying to reach someone to resolve the issue only to get the run around! Since I am in construction and work on high end homes I am asked for referrals. Just recently asked about 3 Day Blinds and I told them to run away!

SpotOn: Their sales team will lie to you. It can't do what they're going to say it. What it does do it does very poorly. Its a pyramid scheme set to push cheap equipment you don't want or need most of the time to up their own numbers. They don't care about you and probably don't even know their product. Lol

I am validated and heard with my concerns my my managers but there is inequity between global ICs and employees that affects job security and work-life balance

Cleo: Colleagues are really great. We support each other a lot. I love that the work is fast paced, however it seems like leadership expects us to do more & more with the same amount of time we've always had and things constantly changing and having to learn something new is taxing on the brain and moral.

Peter Piper Pizza: I have worked there a total of four days. The managers are extremely abusive. I was incredibly nauseated and the told the manager I was ill. His lovely response was to "grin and bear it". This place should be ashamed of themselves!
Amplify Credit Union: I am constantly surrounded by really smart people and love to learn as much as possible about the business, even in areas that aren't necessarily related to my job function. Everyone is so open and willing to help one another.
OnShift: A clear situation where the sale verses the actual development of the product is secondary and poorly executed.

Cleo: There is a large discrepancy between specialist and guide pay (in terms of offering calls/member support), but there isn't a big discrepancy between what we do for specialist pay and what we do for guide pay.

There haven't been opportunities for growth yet that I am aware of and our parental leave policy certainly pales in comparison to what you may expect from a company like Cleo to have when compared to our mission

The Motley Fool: I am Disabled and living on a very limited income. That said, my 'retirement income' investing is very important. I would love to get the Fools' recommendations but the annual fee is more than monthly income. It would be fantastic if the Fool would offer people like me services at a much lower rate.
Patreon: Since I started working at Patreon in September 2021 I've felt like I joined a huge family. I love my job because everybody shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. The motivation and enthusiasm I receive from other employees is helping me grow to the best version of myself.

Strive Health: Strive has been one of my favorite companies to work for so far. Overall leadership seems to be excellent. My leader is great, but I could use more consistent feedback about my performance and goals so that I can grow effectively. Benefits were subpar at hire, but are getting better quarterly.
