ASCAP: Service and the industry connections
Patreon: I truly enjoy the work that I do and see the value of it. The benefits are good. Its a great mission and I work with a brilliant team of people. However, there is no work life balance. There are constant fires and tension and stress eats away even the most joyous days.

Carbon: I've been at Carbon for 6-1/2 years now and that is because the job is ever changing and there are new challenges. During that time I have worked with some amazing individuals and learned from some highly intelligent folks. I have also made many lifelong friends whom I respect and enjoy working with
Patreon: A few months in and really liking it! Great culture, lots of fun perks, product and company I'm proud to work for. Only downside is work/life balance, working lots of 12 hours days, never feels like enough time to get everything done.
Mapbox: Many of the actual engineers are talented.
Dymax Corporation: Dymax is a leading edge technology company. They have the most advanced chemistries and equipment.

Strive Health: team work, having fun and truly care for each other. No drama
Kajabi: I love my job and love this company, but in the last year things have felt messy, not well communicated and the line for open communication has not been as clear
Strive Health: The company is constantly changing and there's a lot of room to make an impact - in fact, it's easy to feel scatter-brained about what to tackle next. However, I feel like I've grown a lot personally in my role because I've been given a fairly blank slate and the autonomy to do what I think is best.
Strive Health: Passion. Energy. Living our mission and our core values.
Patreon: The level of autonomy that we have as creators for Patreon
Patreon: My experience here has been amazing. I have had more growth in my short time here, than in my entire working life. I am very lucky to have managers that I love and care about my goals. I never dread the day like I did in past jobs. Patreon literally is my favorite job to date!
Strive Health: Fast paced, challenging, but rewarding. Everyone on my team is extremely busy, so adding more to our plate is not really feasible. Sometimes I feel that our workload is not understood by upper management/executive stakeholders.
Strive Health: I believe in Strive Health's mission, and I know our leadership team infuses this mission across the organization. The company moves at a fast pace, and I do worry about burnout. The company is continually improving, and I urge leadership to really listen to feedback, even if it is tough to hear.
Patreon: I feel incredibly lucky to work at Patreon. The work is challenging yet so rewarding. Being at such a mission-driven company, it is so amazing to be able to see the impact we have everyday on creators, and to be able to make that impact with such amazing colleagues by my side is a gift.

Karyopharm Therapeutics: My experience has been mostly positive. As with any start-up, there have been challenges. However, I do what I can to contribute positively and try not to get caught up in negativity. I feel more opps for dvlpm't into other roles and education would help with retention & job satisfaction.

Carbon: So far, everything has been great. As any company, the daily work can sometimes be repetitive/frustrating, but the environment makes it more than bearable. Only looking forward putting in place bonuses, 401k match and going public to complete the benefits package
Erickson Living: Management is not proactive, only reactive. Need to develop planning skills that can anticipate consequences.
Carbon: Busy, growing, interesting and fun.
Carbon: I would have to say great. I get treated well here.
LSO: This company is a joke. They have no clue how to run a ground delivery business and they hire their warehouse managers that previously worked at FedEx Freight or have never worked with a Delivery company, in general. They don't care about their packages or their drivers. Managers have bad work ethic
Carbon: When I first interviewed at Carbon, I was impressed with how excited and engaged everyone I spoke with was. After working here myself, I completely understand why. Taoglas: Easy questions that were relevant to the job
Carbon: Young and dynamical team with great will to support each other
Taoglas: CEO in Dublin, which is not the same as CEO in the United State.
