I do not feel that my position should be hourly and I do believe that someone in my position should be paid more. I took a position coaching and training retention specialist after having 5 years in the role. This position move as completely lateral and made less money than the people I am training.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is highly driven to help one another on a day to day basis. No one feels as though they are too good to assist their colleagues and everyone is willing to be there for their team. We all work hard and encourage each other no matter the obstacles thrown.

invest in themselves and show efforts to wanting to learn and assist the students. I work with more tenured employees that seem to check out more often than not on procedures processes and properly assisting our students

I don't feel like I can talk openly with my coworkers, there's an underlying fear of them tattling on me or my thoughts.

There are a few of my coworkers who take advantage of the system. They are not consistent with their work ethic (i.e. longer than normal breaks; cheating the incontact log in system; etc.). This behavior effects the morale of others who actually work when we see them get away with this behavior.

I don't feel challenged or enjoy what I do. I don't think there's anything AP can do to improve that, I'm just not sure this role is a perfect fit for me anymore.

There is just no more excitement to work due to seeing others on the team doing unethical or questionable things. It puts a damper on me wanting to even be here.

I see other team members who get away with murder but I get called out for silly things (like taking too long to compose an email) when they abuse breaks and lunches or are just flat out insubordinate.
