What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our compensation has always, at the minimum, kept in step with inflation. That's been the case in my seven years. We have health insurance with the option of an HSA, and that can ease the financial burden, and thus personal stress, in both unexpected situations AND expecting situations. :)

Awfully undervalued. Salary is half what I could get elsewhere. Everyone knows that Unilever just doesn't pay well. Hence why it isn't - at all - popular in postgrads & talents

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best thing about the teams I've worked with within our plant would have to be the simple fact workers show up. If someone'll be absent, it'll be known prior to start-up. I guarantee it's a valid absence, because we're going to make it valid. You see, we've got each others backs--life happens.

Nice team spirit. Extremely slow drive toward innovation and obsolete technologies making a lot of day to day activities a hassle. Global is disconnected from local making the solution irrelevant most of the time

The most positive aspect of the culture and work environment is when you have an issue, work or outside-related, we've been told and we've been reminded that channels exist for all matters. Don't shy from speaking up about operations. Try to take action. Nip it in the bud, and don't stir the pot.

My work makes me happy because I know that the folks are real in every sense. I know my co-workers do their work, and as a team we will readily pick up slack for another if need be. I'm most happy, however, when I clock in--the reason being I'll pass through later to clock out. Safety is #1.

Soul crushing processes, terrible compensation, awful digital tools & services. The simplest tasks takes hours of grunting work, the tools offered both for KPI etc are from the Middle Ages. Miles behind competitors. Company is still heavily perfused on excel spreadsheets and human-made / non data
