My coworkers and lower level management were great to work with. Upper management was disconnected from our daily functions and it showed. We worked overtime constantly and the pay was nowhere near enough compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being left alone to do my job.

It was more about behavior than anything else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executives wanted to look good. We paid the price for that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Executives need to stop being yes men and understand that their employees are getting burned out over the amount of work we have to do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promises were made to the C Suite which meant we had no work/life balance - in order to maintain the facade of meeting deadlines. And we were salaried so no overtime.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We worked hard and we worked together. We were all in the same boat so we might as well together to get it done. But if it looked like something was going to fall by the way side, you could sense who was going to get the blame for it.
