The return to office rationale is ridiculous. The lack of flexibility with any other work group outside of IT is blatantly biased and short sighted. The policy speaks volumes of the disconnect between upper management and the professionals on the ground floor.

Working from home since Covid outbreak.

The regular turn over of upper management every 2 years.

Paid Time Off is reasonable. Pay could be better.

Very standardized and appeared fair. But, it was heavily influenced by having a friend who referred me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Manager is an anomaly. Best manager outside the military to date. Team members are extremely competent and professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home has been the best experience of my professional career. After years of being on call, time away from home, missing kids sporting events, parties and various family functions, telecommuteing has been awesome.
