They raised the minimum wage but they dont raise the wages of the employees that do a good job , show up everyday, , and get the job done. They dont care about their enployees.

Stop acting like everything is great. They need to hire more people and stop sending all the jobs offshore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to earn a living wage and at least get a cost of living increase each year.
