Coworkers are usually great and hard working. The new CEO is ruining everything. Forced to retire after several years of remote or a decade of living in a state Wells doesn't want employees from anymore. The loss of experience is enormous right now but I guess the stock looks good.

Good work environment and collaboration. Generally open conversations.

They try to work with the limitations they are given.

A lot of challenging work. I'm usually not bored.

I rarely hear back on an interview. No feedback or anything to help me improve.
