Overall it is a positive work environment. It has changed over the past few years. I used to love Monday mornings.

Every member of the Merchant team in Arizona talks negatively behind each other's backs, including the Admin even!!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Extreamly negative! Didn't used to be. Hate to see a great sales organization frown upon "sales" now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We used to get paid really well in Merchant Services. Recently the leadership slashed and cut out half our bonus potential.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to feel sorry for people that hated Monday morning. I used to LOVE Mondays. Not anymore. Now I hate it!
