Been here for a year so far and it's been a bit of a let down. I enjoy my work, but I feel like I'm in a company that will do the least they can for you to get the most out of you. While this is an obvious in business the bi-product is a company with seniors who are comfy, and unenthusiastic juniors
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are not competitive in salary in comparison to most companies and are average at best in comparison to banks. The benefits are ok, but again nothing special in any way. Higher salaries and more benefit would be great, but I'm not holding my breath.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Instill hope. No one loves there job and to be honest it doesn't pay well, so I can't blame anyone for not being thrilled to work here like that. better then being homeless, but can find a lot of companies I be more satisfied to work for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership really needs to take a close look at the company and where it's at in retrospect to other banks, and make a choice what they truly want to be. Wells walks, talks, and acts like a mediocre company, and in effect produce a mediocre workplace with little hope of seeing decent money.
