What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It all starts with the narrative from the top.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Basically the company has a long road ahead. It will not h happened overnight. Deposits are way down and people don't trust. Rightfully so. The Wells Fargo employees have taken all the hits in all the branches. Pat on the back only go so high.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's hard to say. The culture has been tested and it's been very tough. The change has come with many difficulties. From image to compensation. Wells created this monster,and now has to find a way to change it. People get use to a certain compensation,and then you don't have it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Wells Fargo is only interested in their image and keeping the feds off their back. Not concerned with the many teammates who have held the financial institution above water for the toxic environment that was created by Wells Fargo. The increase in pay in minimal. The lowest pay in the industry.
