
Most unorganized disfuctional waist of my time. Not always that way.... just hired a bad DM and Management isn't overseeing him

Recognizing the front line. I don't need 30 people.... customer experience manager, wf@w manager, district mananger, regional manager telling me what to do. Give more decisions to the branch manager and let them be responsible for profits
Better pay for retail employees we are the front lines that make the customerr happy. Why should a administrative assistant that doesn't work for the customers make more than a branch manager? Why do we have sooo many people to tell the small people in the branch what needs to be done?
