The fact that the company cares about what you are doing and your success. So often we are recognized by our leadership and team members for the hard work we put in.

Direct leadership really take the time to get to know us and understand who we are and what is important to us. We have the opportunity to grow in our career and excel in what we do. They continue to educate us which help when we are working with customers and understanding their needs
