
I don't think it's so muchthe co workers' but our manager needs to bring us together to let us get to know each other
The pay I earn for the amount of risk my job role has is not fair compared to other companies. Benefits are good though. Staying for the benefits is worth it.
Leadership needs to take action on building on team members' skills and strengths. There is hardly any career advancement and no. Managers don't take the time to get to know team members with 1x1's
My manager needs to know what his team does on a daily basis; not just an overview. Communication needs to be better. Team member team building would be great. Anything to let the team get to know each other.
