I want to be treated fairly, I put in a lot of work and I always go above my duties, I've always done the job no one wanted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been an employee for a long time 20 yrs. when I get promoted I get paid less then someone who comes in from the outside, younger and less experienced. We do the same job and I know how the department works I didn't need much training in between moves!!!
